Curing Times

Metal Type Duration
Brass up to 0.5mins
Steel up to 4mins
Stainless Steel up to 6mins
BZP Steel up to 30mins
Aluminium up to 35mins

Please note: curing time can be affected by thread pitch and ambient temperature at time of
application.

Results are based upon application in 22°C atmosphere
System can be used within 1-3 hours of TruTite™ 313 Thread Lock application
Full curing time is between 8-12 hours

Directions for use

Before use read TruTite™ 313 Thread Lock MSDS
Ensure all metal parts are clean and dry

Apply in one full rotation to male and female metal parts, use sparingly
Excess product will not dry, remove with cloth
To disassemble, use hand tools, if difficult to do so heat up to 250°C and repeat whilst hot
Can not be used on plastic fittings
