Surface Conditioning is an innovative abrasive material, products include disc and belt formats, and abrasive products for the finishing of metal components. These are non-woven abrasives for surface conditioning of work pieces. The main difference Surface Conditioning Products have to traditional abrasive products is that they are three-dimensional. Meaning it has a considerable thickness in comparison to the most common and well known abrasive cloths. It is made up of an abrasive part distributing evenly a network of nylon filaments with technical fibre support. This means that it is incorporating two different technologies: textile and chemical.
