Coach bolts in stainless steel. A cup or mushroom head fixing that can be hammered in and fixed from one side due to the square under the head. The square stops rotation enabling tightening with the nut.

Purchasing nuts separately is necessary with all stainless coach bolts. This differs to zinc and galv where nuts always come with coach bolts.
