HBS PLATE is the wood screw designed for steel-to-timber joints.
The truncated-cone shape and the increased thickness of the head make it possible to fasten metal plates securely to wood.
Thanks to the longer thread, it ensures excellent shear and tensile strength values.

The truncated-cone under-head of HBS PLATE screws achieves an interlocking effect with the circular hole in the plate, guaranteeing excellent static performance.
The longer length of the thread makes it possible to obtain excellent shear and tensile strength in steel-to-timber joints, with values higher than normal.
The HBS PLATE wood screw is ideal for steel-to-timber joints in combination with large plates, made to measure for multi-storey wooden buildings.
Values are also tested, certified and calculated for fastening standard Rothoblaas plates.
In carbon steel with bright zinc plated, it is excellent for use with wood-based panels, solid timber, glulam, CLT, LVL and high-density woods. Service classes 1 and 2.
